The Wedge Passport
30 stops to sample great cheeses, dishes, beer and wine
Think of it as a “Taste of Grand Avenue” with a cheese flair. The $35 Wedge Tasting Passport gets you access to 30 VIP tasting stops outside the Wedge Street Festival. These tasting stops consist of shops sampling fine cheeses and local restaurants that will treat you to samples their dishes. In addition, your passport includes ten beer and wine tastings to redeem at each location. If that wasn't enough, several shops are offering goodies to fill your goodie bag with along the way. Cheese Making Class, right before the Festival!
Before the festivities start, you can learn the basics of cheese making with Jack Ford of TAJ Farms who will take you through the fundamentals of making of several soft cheeses like Chevre, Ricotta and Feta. During the class students will also enjoy a wine tasting conducted by Chris Bromell of Triple B Ranches.
